A tiny cheese shop in the heart of the Rialto Market, Casa del Parmigiano has locals queuing around the block to buy its superlative produce. Inside, it’s bursting at the seams with cheeses, from wheels of Parmesan to saffron-infused pecorino or whole ricottas the size of basketballs. Hanging from the ceiling are delectable salamis, hams and sides of prosciutto.
